National Safety Culture Change Initiative

April 2015, the U.S. Fire Administration released the National Safety Culture Change Initiative report of fire and emergency service cultural aspects that contribute to occupational illnesses, injuries and fatalities.

The "National Safety Culture Change Initiative " report:

  • - Highlights focus areas for change by raising awareness about unsafe practices.
